The most floral and richest substance from the methyl ionone family, Iralia is highly valued by perfumers for its significant diffusion and elegant character. It's an extremely versatile ingredient that can enrich almost any type of composition. Note: The classic Iralia has a more floral and powdery character compared to the Iralia Total version. Despite its name, the Total version is slightly less expensive and less refined.

Iralia's first use, and perhaps still its finest, was as a 25% overdose in L'Origan (1908) by Coty where it couples with Dianthine [https://fraterworks.com/products/dianthus], the famed De Laire carnation base.
