Firmenich. This isn’t your average lemon oil—it’s a candy-bright citrus

Created in the 1950s, Tetrarome® is a line of low-terpene citrus extracts. As a
result, they are less volatile but far more concentrated and long-lasting. The
lemon version stands out with a deep, juicy fruit note and a prominent peel

concentrated citrus oils with low terpenes (meaning low-volatility) that express
their edible side in a far greater way than comparative terpeneless oils. They
are particularly sweet and candy-like.
Owing to its very common use in flavours (especially sweets), a sniff of Lemon
Tetrarome immediately conjures up images of hard candy, citrus-based power
drinks, lemonade and lemonade ice blocks.
