Description
Methyl Anjoulate is a new fruity molecule from Bedoukian, introduced in the
summer of 2023. Its name comes from the Anjou pear variety, and its scent
reflects that perfectly. It embodies the juicy, natural sweetness of a pear.
Besides pear accords, Methyl Anjoulate also works well in other fruity
creations, such as apple or mango.
