Description

Musk Ketone came into use in the late 19th century as a cheaper and more ethical substitute for natural musk. Over the next 100 years, it was used in countless compositions appreciated for its characteristic sweet-powdery character. In recent years, it has been subject to strong restrictions, but unlike other nitro musks, it has not been completely banned. Musk Ketone is an indispensable substance for recreating vintage compositions! Note: It dissolves poorly in most solvents; benzyl benzoate is the best option. It can also be easily dissolved by adding it directly to the composition (the composition must be 100% without solvents).
