Rose Otto Bulgarian has a clean, fresh opening, especially compared toAnatolian and Rose de Mai, which have an apparent, thick balsam-like quality.Like Rose de Mai and Rose Anatolia, Rose Bulgarian also has a mossy/yeasty andspicy quality, but it only becomes prominent in the dry down. The longer itdevelops, the richer and more balsamic it becomes. Arguably one of the highestquality rose available on the market.
