Vanillin has been on the market since 1874 and in the years since its discovery little has changed… until now. In recent years a new vanillin has appeared, a food grade (FCCX) vanillin ex guaiacol which blows the classic "greats" such as vanillin ex lignin and natural vanillin ex clove out of the water.
