We are very excited to be able to offer this intense and rich “super premium” labdanum (cistus) absolute, a speciality of Floral Concept in Grasse and certainly the finest we have seen. It is a near-black and extremely viscous extraction and consequently is offered here either pure or at a 50% dilution in odourless Triethyl Citrate (100% natural isolate from citrus). In comparison to labdanum resinoid, this absolute is lighter, more volatile, and has a cleaner floral-balsamic scent that outshines the thicker, earthier resinoid. This is the labdanum of the golden age of perfumery. You will never need another.
