This deep brown absolute is pourable with a little gentle heat and soluble at 10% in natural Triethyl Citrate (albeit with a touch of cloudiness which is to be expected with vanilla). At a whopping 30% vanillin, this Vanilla Absolute has to be smelled to be truly believed and appreciated. It is so rich it verges on being chocolatey.
