Amyris wood oil (often colloquially referred to as West Indian Sandalwood and historically as santal citron) is a soft creamy wood oil which frequently finds itself at the heart of Sandalwood recreations alongside Guaiacwood oil and cedarwood oil. But it should not be seen as a replacer oil because in its own right it has a beautiful rich complexity which blends with all the usual modern wood chemicals like Orbitone [https://fraterworks.com/products/orbitone], Iso E Super [https://fraterworks.com/products/iso-e-super] and the ambers and super ambers.
