Elemi is a lovely fresh citrusy resin, and at its heart is pure Elemol. Elemol is to Elemi oil as Olibanol is to Frankincense and Amyrol [https://fraterworks.com/products/amyris-alcohol] is to Amyris Oil. Because Elemol is an isolate, it is a more refined form of the oil. Elemol has lovely nuances of antique wood, roses and citrus.
