Suederal® is one of the most well-known leather bases and while we love and use
Royal Leather [https://fraterworks.com/products/royal-leather] far more, this
IFF product is a wonderful addition to the perfumer's toolkit and one we highly
recommend.
Small amounts can be used as a fixative while large amounts give a very
distinctive suede character. Compared to Royal Leather, Suederal is drier and
more chemical smelling, so it works particularly well when combined with other
materials.
