Smelling Davana oil for the first time you would be forgiven for thinking you are smelling a fine aged bourbon or rum. Beloved for its fruity and liquor top notes, this luscious oil comes from many of the same areas as Indian Sandalwood Oil and it is prized, especially amongst natural perfumers, for contributing a fruit note that is otherwise difficult to obtain. It is a member of the Artemisia family and not surprisingly it modifies and blends well with its relatives (particularly Armoise [https://fraterworks.com/products/armoise-oil]). Note: Fraterworks is not a registered COSMOS company so while this product is CSM certified when it reaches us, we cannot use that terminology when we resell.
