It is the industry standard dried plum base from Firmemich which has most certainly withstood the test of time, being featured in such classics as the original Dior Poison and Chanel's Égoïste. Built around an overdose of phenoxyethyl isobutyrate, this is a very easy base to dose and while small amounts contribute a gentle sweetness, overdoses also work very well in a modern gourmand context.
