Anisaldehyde is an indispensable aroma chemical for contributing Hawthorne, mimosa, lilac and powdery notes to a scent. This EU natural version is beautifully soft and rounded and while the synthetic is a nice material, you can achieve a more refined and elegant result even in a non-natural scent using this version. And best of all, unlike virtually every material restricted by the EU or IFRA, Anisaldehyde has seen a lifting of restrictions from a maddeningly low 0.2% under IFRA 43 to a whopping (comparatively) 1.4% under IFRA 51.
