Unbelievably potent, we sell this at a usable 0.1% in DPG. Passifloran is catty, buchu-like, tropical, fruity, sulphurous and vegetative. It is a profoundly good material for adding naturalness to fruit accords or even in traces as a passionfruit note in a fragrance. Perfumery: Techniques in Evolution (a series of articles published in Perfumer and Flavorist magazine) calls this “one of the best tropical fruit ingredients every synthesized.” Passifloran blends beautifully with Oxane, Magnificent Mandarin, Pomelo Grandis, Citrus oils and fruit notes.
