Also known as Methyl N Methylanthranilate, Dimethyl Anthranilate is a key component of mandarin oil (from which this product is isolated). It has a wonderfully grape-like and dusty quality which makes it very useful for the recreation of fruit and floral notes. Unlike its counterpart Methyl Anthranilate, this product won't form Schiff bases with aldehydes and is far less likely to cause discolouration. The caveat, however, is that it has a very low maximum IFRA use of 0.1%. Due to DEA restrictions, we sell this product at 50% diluted in natural Triethyl Citrate, maintaining its 100% natural status.
