Sweet, woody and floral with a metallic hint of tinsel, Cabreuva oil is a wonderful material for adding natural richness and complexity to orange blossom and neroli type fragrances and, owing to its very high nerolidol content, many other florals that need naturalising or lift. Cabreuva is an excellent blender for wood materials (especially Cedarwood) and has great longevity so it can be used as an interesting fixative alongside the more common synthetics.
