Methyl Phenyl Acetate is the methyl ester of Phenyl Acetic Acid and is sweeter and more honey-like but also more penetrating. It works exceptionally well in combination with its parent acid and other honey notes and associated florals such as Ethyl Benzoate, Methyl Anthranilate, and Phenyl Ethyl Alcohol.
