Cassie is a complex sweet floral note of the Acacia family (specifically Acacia Farnesiana). It can be used to enhance and add complexity to violet and iris notes as well as blending well with gourmand and fruit notes due to its creamy anisic dry down. Fraterworks Fleur De Cassie (a classic De Laire base) is rich with natural oils, madagascan vanilla, French mimosa, orris butter and more. At levels below 1% in your juice it adds volume and in higher amounts is a wonderful nuancer. Can be used safely up to a whopping 22% of your finished product according to IFRA 51.
