We provide expert toll blending and contract manufacturing for your proprietary
oil formulations. Simply share your formula (protected under our confidentiality
agreement), and we'll create a tailored pricing proposal using our premium
ingredients, carefully selected from our extensive product range.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Order formula pricing service
2. Receive price and basic IFRA / EU Allergens analysis
3. Order Pilot Sample
4. Receive Pilot Sample (shipping not included) + GHS SDS and formal IFRA and
EU Allergens certificates.
MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY
* 1kg minimum order requirement
* 5kg+ orders offer optimal cost efficiency
SERVICE OPTIONS
1. Formula Pricing: Receive a detailed compounding quote for your formula (with
IFRA and EU Allergens evaluation).
2. Pilot Sample: Purchase a 15g undiluted reference sample (comes with a formal
SDS, IFRA and EU Certificates).
If you purchase 5kg or more of your compound after receiving your samples, the
sample price will be discounted from your compound cost.
All prices are based on formulas of up to 50 lines. For greater than 50
ingredients, contact us for pricing but the cost is $4 USD per additional line..
Fraterworks® bases count as 1 ingredient.
PRICING
* Minor Corrections:
Minor changes after we have completed the pricing (up to to 3 materials
changed or quantities changed) incur a reprocessing fee.
* Major Corrections:
Major changes (up to 10 materials or quantities changed) will incur a fee.
* Significant or Additional Revisions:
Additional or substantial formula changes will require the purchase of a new
formula pricing and pilot sample, reflecting the additional labour involved.
QUALITY ASSURANCE
All 15 gram pilot samples (échantillon pilote) are created by our team using our
in-stock materials under GMP conditions. We'll promptly notify you of any
ingredient availability issues, offering options to supplement with your
materials or await restocking.
Before proceeding with bulk production, we must first create a pilot sample for
your evaluation and approval. This ensures your complete satisfaction with the
final product.
COMMITMENT-FREE PROCESS
Receiving a price quote places you under no obligation to proceed with our
compounding service. You maintain complete flexibility to evaluate our proposal
before making any decisions.
CAVEATS
We are only able to compound materials we keep in our inventory. If your formula
contains ingredients we don't stock, we will leave them out (don't worry, we'll
tell you in advance). You may also send missing or esoteric ingredients to us in
advance for us to include for you. We are constantly increasing our list of
products so this should not effect too many customers.
In the past we have sourced materials for some customers, but due to growth in
the business we are unable to do that at the moment.

Upon placing your order, we'll immediately provide our confidentiality agreement
(NDA) to ensure your formula remains protected throughout our partnership.
