Tonka Bean CO2 opens with the familiar coumarinic warmth of tonka — but this version leans unmistakably cherry. A roasted almond-marzipan richness sits alongside that cherry note, creating something genuinely edible. The drydown is creamy vanilla-praline with the hay-sweet depth you expect from the bean. Beyond a doubt this is now our favourite Tonka Bean extract. The CO2 process captures lighter aromatic facets that traditional solvent extraction misses — those cherry and almond nuances that make this version special.
