CO2 Coffee (org) has a spicy-sweet scent reminiscent of freshly brewed coffee.
The scent is not particularly strong, so it can be used undiluted. It is an
unusual scent in perfumes and other fragrance products. Obviously it is very
suitable as a starting point for a coffee scent (for example as an air
freshener), but it probably also goes well with cocoa, vanilla and similar
scents. Because of the phenolic aspect you could try it with the scent of
daffodil, tulip and, for example, leather scent. Due to the wide range of
possible applications, it is difficult to give dosage advice. For a coffee scent
you can go up to almost 100%, but for accents in the suggestions mentioned, 1%
may be sufficient. In perfumes it is mainly a heart note. The stability seems at
least reasonable, but little is known about it.

The substance has a fairly long shelf life, provided it is stored in a cool, dry
and dark place (NOT in the refrigerator).
