Usage
Use (Hekserij)
Edenolide (IFF) has a musky scent with green apple aspects. The scent is not
particularly strong, undiluted use is common. Typical use is in fragrance
compositions where you combine fruit and musk scents. You usually use between 1%
and 15% of this substance in the fragrance composition. It combines well with
fruity scents, but also with fresh and green floral scents. In higher doses it
can bring musk scents more to the heart and top of a perfume. Although still
mainly a base note, it is a musk fragrance that can reach relatively far into
the heart and even the top. It is stable in most products, including soap.

purity is at least 98,5% and the substance has a fairly long shelf life. It does
