EO Lavandin Abrialis has a characteristic lavender scent, namely: green, floral
and spicy. Compared to the best French lavender oil, it is less floral and more
sweet spicy, somewhat camphoric. The odor is not very strong, so it is not
necessary to dilute it beforehand. It is as versatile as lavender can be: floral
scents, spicy scents, wood, greenery, moss. You usually use between 0.1% and 10%
of this substance in the fragrance composition. It is primarily a top and heart
note in perfumes and is stable in most products, including soap. When used in
soap: a good fixative is recommended.
Physical properties

EO Lavandin Abrialis is a pale yellow to yellow liquid at room temperature. The
substance has a fairly long shelf life, and is made by steam distillation from
the roots of the sprigs of Lavandula × intermedia Emeric ex Loisel.. This is a
cross between ordinary lavender and spike lavender. Like any essential oil, this
one is a mixture of various substances. An indication of the composition is the
following:
10-25% - Linalool, Linalyl Acetate
5-10 % - beta Caryophyllene, 1,8 Cineol, Camphor, beta Ocimene
2-5% - Borneol, Lavendulyl Acetate
1-2% - beta Farnesene, Geranyl Acetate, Germacrene D, Limonene, Myrcene,
Terpinene-4-ol, Alpha Terpineol
