EO Nutmeg LoSaf has the characteristic scent of nutmeg: spice, some powdery but
also a hint of wood. EO Nutmeg LoSaf has a medium strong odour and can therefore
be used undiluted. It combines well with other spices such as cloves and
cinnamon. Nice combinations are also with citrus and leather scents. In terms of
flowers, it goes well with spicy flowers such as carnation. You usually use
between a trace and 3% of this substance in the fragrance composition. It is
mainly a heart note in perfumes, it is stable in most products also in soap.
Physical properties

EO Nutmeg LoSaf is a light yellow to yellow liquid at room temperature, the
substance has a fairly long shelf life. The oil is made from nutmegs by steam
distillation. These are the dried cores of the seeds of the nutmeg tree or
Myristica fragrans Houtt.
