Usage

The scent of Rosalin is reminiscent of fresh fruit and roses. In addition, it is
a powdery scent, a difficult description. It means that it is reminiscent of the
smell of talcum powders and other body powders that were once popular, but are
hardly used anymore. The scent is not very strong, but the fragrance is (as the
name suggests) in the form of a coarse powder, so it may be helpful to dissolve
it before use. Both DPG and IPM are suitable, the latter being a better choice
among candles. Although it is an ester, it is a very stable substance that gives
off its fragrance for a long time. For that reason very suitable for soap and
scented candles. Do not underestimate the possibilities of this substance! It
has a light fragrance, but the influence on the fragrance composition can be
large.

Rosalin is also called rose crystals for a reason: it is a crystalline, almost
white powder. The purity is at least 99%, it has a fairly long shelf life. It is
a synthetic material that does not occur in nature.
